Any suggestions?

I am in need of Thanksgiving suggestions. I am going to make some kind of vegetable side. I wanted to maybe make something "different". Please throw out your suggestions to me...I need them!

I know this is like the most classic dish ever...but I love green bean casserole. I make it every year. Let me know if you want my recipe.

I made this salad (follow the link) the other night. It was heathy, fast, tasty, different, and cheap. I thought that the apples and pecans made it sort of "fallish". Planning to make it again at Thanksgiving.

We will be in WA the 22-29. I was hoping maybe all of us could get together on Friday the 28th and have either coffee or if everyone had more time go to lunch. Just let me know what works for every one. Can't wait to see you all and catch up in person!

I LOVE Giada. Since I've been home I watch her everyday. She's had a couple good veggie dishes on lately for thanksgiving... Or check out the food network site.

Hi Erin! If it's not too late I would suggest the food network website. I just got a few ideas that I am going to try out myself this Thanksgiving. I love the green bean casserole like Alicia and I found a recipe with bit of a twist on it. I was able to buy all fresh ingredients, hopefully it will turn out well. I'll let you know! Good luck and have a great Thanksgiving!

PS - Your daughter is absolutely adorable!
